Consultancy to Support the Old Trafford Regeneration Project Phase 0-1

The scope for the Lead Advisory team over the initial 2 months includes the following activities:

Stage 0 (1 month) - Project review and programme plan development

Detailed review and assessment of current state in order to develop a detailed programme plan for the next phases of work. This will require consideration of the current position with regard to the key workstreams identified below, and the overall project geography and timetable.

The output will be a detailed programme of work for stages 1 and 2, a project plan with key milestones, detailed for stages 1 and 2 and indicative beyond this to project completion, and a cost plan.
