The tender concerns a Contract with a Digital Supervision Supplier (hereinafter the System). The system will help/support Næstved Municipality in allocating the municipality's resources in the best possible way, here the system will support the municipality's employees and release resources for the benefit of welfare. The system will be a total solution for monitoring dependent citizens, i.e. both hardware and software that enables intelligent use of data to help caregivers.

Næstved Municipality will ensure that the individual citizen has a good sleep, which means a better circadian rhythm, which will ultimately mean that fewer citizens will need fixed shifts. If the municipality can reduce the risk of citizens becoming delirious and anxious, it will release more resources, and mean more well-being and quality of life for the elderly citizen. Part of the wish for the System is also that the System should be able to register whether the citizen has fallen or other events have occurred.

The system is expected to be implemented by 197 citizens of the municipality with an option to purchase an additional 130 citizens. Citizens will be both with the municipality's own companies but also citizens in their own homes, therefore it is important for the municipality that the system is suitable for both set-ups.
