The services to be provided consist of planning and execution of all engineering and planning services of the identified network construction measures of all sectors (electricity, gas, water and district heating) for the renewal or expansion of the existing underground infrastructure. These are individual and multi-sector projects. The roughly planned grid construction projects must be planned ready for construction by November of a calendar year. The start of construction of the first measures takes place in January of the following year.
The service includes the electricity, gas, water and district heating divisions.
