2. Works must be carried out in accordance with the technical project developed by JSC “Construction Engineering Services” “Sports and Wellness Complex) Basanavičiaus str. 69A, Biržai, construction project “(hereinafter referred to as “Project”), Project No. EE-TPVP-1305-16, prepared in 2014, approved by Order of the Director of Municipal Administration of Biržai District dated December 15, 2014 No. A-995 “On sports purpose building (sports and wellness complex) in Biržai, Basanavičiaus st. 69A, Construction Technical Design Approval”.

3. It is necessary to carry out the work of Phase I (universal gym with household premises, training, aerobic halls, café, administrative facilities and plot arrangement works), work required. Phase I general indicators of the structure: total area: 4159.14 sq. m: main — 2942.11 sq. m; auxiliary — 1217.03 sq. m; building volume — 27610 cu. m; number of floors units — 2; building height — 12.00 m. The supplier is obliged to prepare for the work project.

Note: In preparing the proposal for this purchase not to evaluate the installation of heat supply field networks. The works of the rank of these engineering networks will be purchased by separate purchase.

4. The supplier will have to make cadastral measurements and prepare cadastral measurements files, preparation of completing drawings, carrying out certification of the energy performance of the building and the preparation of other necessary technical documentation necessary for the completion of construction.
