Framework agreement for company bicycle leasing on the basis of the collective agreement on the conversion of remuneration for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public sector (TV bicycle leasing) in the version applicable from time to time.

DEW21 and DONETZ would like to support the positive effects of health-promoting cycling within the tender network and enable a stress- and congestion-free commute to work. To this end, the affiliated companies will in future offer their employees the opportunity to convert monthly remuneration components for the purpose of leasing bicycles suitable for road traffic in accordance with § 63a of the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations as well as leased bicycle accessories. Reference is made to the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public sector (TV bicycle leasing) of 25 October 2020.
