The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide services for:- preventive and curative cleaning of networks- unclogging corresponding to specific interventions (formerly known as "removal of obstacles")- pumping of sludge, grease or other sanitation waste- removal, transport and treatment of pasty sludge- removal and transport of composting eco-products- transport of screening refusals

the form chosen for the execution of the contract is purchase orders with minimum and maximum single-contractor pursuant to Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code: - Minimum annual amount: EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 200,000 excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement.-Maximum annual amount: EUR 600,000 excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 2,400,000 excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement
