The Nordic Council of Ministers has chosen to allow the M2 consultant to assist in the provision of cleaning, window polishing and meeting service.

The tender relates to general cleaning of premises, window polishing and performing canteen auxiliary functions when performing ad hoc tasks around meeting service at Contracting Regiver.

The total cleaning area amounts to approximately 3,100 m2 daily cleaning.

The supplier must provide a service officer for meeting service on a daily basis. The work includes, among other things, provisioning for and clearing after meetings.

Please note that the Contracting Loan has set a minimum price for conditionality.

The task is not broken down into sub-agreements.

The benefits are to be delivered in KBH K of the Domicile of the Nordic Council of Ministers. Cleaning g is carried out after programmed cleaning.

Meeting service must be provided during daytime to support the extensive meeting activity of the Nordic Council of Ministers.

In connection with the continuous fixed delivery of the services, there will be a limited need to purchase additional services. For example, services may include additional cleaning of premises and other similar tasks related to daily cleaning and services.
