The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of two sections of county roads No. 1095L and 1569L. The project will be implemented in the "design and build" formula. This means that the Contractor is obliged to prepare complete technical documentation necessary for the reconstruction of the road and to obtain all permits and consents required by law, as well as arrangements with competent authorities (entities), and then perform construction works on the basis of this documentation.

This means that the Contractor is obliged to prepare complete technical documentation necessary for the reconstruction of the road and to obtain all permits and consents required by law, as well as arrangements with competent authorities (entities), and then perform construction works on the basis of this documentation.
Section I – section of the county road No. 1095L.
Reconstruction of the county road No. 1095L between the m. Podedwórze in the municipality of Podedwórze (km 21+565) and the town of Puchowa Góra in the municipality of Jabłoń (km 25+049) with a length of about 3.484 km.
The scope of construction works on the section includes:
- making extensions and correcting the course of the road, adapting to the existing road lane,
- construction and reconstruction of exits,
- reconstruction of existing intersections with side roads,
- reconstruction of existing drainage elements,
- reconstruction/restoration of existing roadsides and green areas at the border of the road lane,
- felling/care of trees and felling of shrubs,
- renovation of existing bridge structures,
- updating and replacing the markings.
- implementation of new markings (projects for permanent and temporary traffic organisation should be developed and agreed with the competent authorities).
Section II – section of county road No. 1569L
Reconstruction of the county road No. 1569L in the town of Białka with a length of about 3.285 km in the municipality of Dębowa Kłoda, Parczew county, Lublin voivodeship.
Remark! The annex to this proceeding is the Functional and Utility Program developed for the reconstruction of the county road No. 1569L on the entire section, i.e. from km 0+009.47 (intersection with the provincial road No. 819 in the town of Uhnin) to km 6+580 (the border of the county in the town of Białka). The proceedings in question cover stage I of the reconstruction carried out by the District of Parczew on the section from km 3+295 (Fig. 02.6_PZT) to km 6+580 (the border of the district in the town of Białka). Stage II of the reconstruction from km 0+009.47 (intersection with the provincial road No. 819 in Uhnin) to km 3+295 (Fig. 02.6_PZT) will be carried out by the Municipality of Dębowa Kłoda, the contractor for this stage will be selected on the basis of a separate tender procedure.
The scope of construction works on the section includes:
- making a leveling, binding and abrasion layer of asphalt concrete,
- on the section from km 3+295 to km 4+100 reconstruction in full construction (wetland),
- execution of demolition works of part of the road infrastructure to the extent necessary,
- making extensions of the existing structure in places where the roadway does not have a minimum width or it is necessary to correct its course,
- local milling of the surface to improve the transverse and longitudinal equality,
- reconstruction of existing bus bays,
- reconstruction of the existing pavement,
- reconstruction and construction of existing exits to the property,
- construction of a bicycle path,
- lighting of designed bicycle crossings / pedestrian crossings,
- reconstruction of existing intersections with side roads,
- reconstruction of culverts existing under the crown of the road,
- reconstruction/restoration of existing ditches,
- updating and replacing existing markings,
- implementation of new markings (projects for permanent and temporary traffic organisation should be developed and agreed with the competent authorities).
Before starting the procedure of obtaining the required opinions and arrangements and before obtaining the permit, the Contractor will agree on the name of the investment task with the competent authority of the District Office in Parczew, taking into account the requirements of the Ordering Party. The construction project before submission to the architectural and construction administration body will be agreed by the Contractor with the Ordering Party.
Remark! The contracting authority has obtained exemptions from the obligation to build technological channels for these investments, therefore the construction of a technological channel is not covered by the scope of the task.
