1. The Contracting Authority entrusts and the Contractor accepts the task entitled: "Winter road maintenance in the season 2023/2024".

2. The state of readiness for winter maintenance in the period from the date of signing the contract to April 15, 2024 is determined.

3. The works referred to in point 1, in the period from signing the contract until 31 October 2023 and from 01 April 2024 to 15 April 2024, will be started each time at the express request of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will start work within the number of hours declared in the offer from receiving the order.

4. The scope of the subject of the contract referred to in point 1 includes:

4.1. maintaining constant readiness for winter maintenance by:

-continuous tracking of the weather forecast,

-constant round-the-clock readiness of personnel and specialist equipment to carry out winter operations,

-providing material for winter maintenance;

4.2. equipping the equipment used for the performance of the contract with GPS devices, including

providing the Ordering Party with round-the-clock access (monitoring) to the operation of the equipment for the duration of the contract;

4.3. mechanical and manual maintenance of roads and squares and adjacent elements, i.e. sidewalks, stairs, driveways, parking lots, bus stop bays and pedestrian and bicycle routes, in continuous passability, by:

4.3.1. snow removal on rainfall days,

4.3.2. combating slush, ice and glacier with the use of measures in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005.

on the types and conditions of application of the means which may be used on public roads, streets and squares,

4.4. in the event of favourable weather conditions (i.e. no snowfall, slush, ice and glacier), removal within the number of days declared in the offer from the areas covered by the contract of residual sand and other roughening materials after the completion of the snow removal action and elimination of slippery slopes in the areas covered by the contract.
