Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

Field devices:

— valves,

— sensor technology HZG/RLT,

— heat meter,

— room CO 2 sensor ModBus RTU,

— Digestor operator panel with VSR.

control cabinet:

— control cabinet fields performance/DDC 9 pcs,

— Connections on both sides.

Automation station + service:

— BACnet automation stations 4 pcs,

— about 600 physical data points

— execution programming data points (+SW data points),

— visualization of all systems/web panels with external access,

— BSK, VSR connection via ModBus RTU,

— hook-up of existing RLT systems.

Transmission networks:

— installation cables and control wires MSR approx. 10 500 m in mixed installation,

— routes on site, final transfer at GA.

The district of Bad Tölz — Wolfratshausen is carrying out a partial general renovation at the Isar Loisach secondary school Wolfratshausen. The building automation services announced here and advertised in the course of procurement are required for this purpose (see II.1.4).
