The technical services of the municipality of Kempele will request your offer for "Land Use and Municipal Engineering Planning" as unspecified consultancy services in the so-called "land use and municipal engineering planning". as a framework agreement.
The framework agreement consists of two components, which are as follows:
SECTION 1: Land use planning is read here:
- asemakaavasuunnittelu
- yleiskaavasuunnittelu
- various reference plans relating to land use;
SECTION 2: The planning of municipal engineering is read here:
- street, road, etc. structural design of areas, which also includes lighting design, electrical lighting design and environmental design
- Traffic planning
The actual contract period of the framework agreement is three (3) years, after which it is possible to extend the contract with an option of one (1) year. The maximum duration of the contract period is therefore four (4) years. The tenderer may submit a tender for one or both areas. The exercise of the option year requires the approval of both parties.
Land use planningProcurement comprises land use planning tasks, such as the preparation of station and master plans, as well as reports and reference plans related to station and master plans and land use. The scope and content of the planning tasks are agreed on a project-by-project basis.
If the assignment includes several design areas, a person responsible for the implementation of the sub-plans required for the entire project (the so-called project manager) must be appointed to the project-specific agreements to be concluded later.
Municipal engineering designThe procurement comprises municipal engineering design tasks, such as:
- street, road, etc. structural design of areas, which also includes lighting design, electrical lighting design and environmental design
- Traffic planning
The scope and content of the planning tasks are agreed on a project-by-project basis.
If the assignment includes several design areas, a person responsible for the implementation of the sub-plans required for the entire project (the so-called project manager) must be appointed to the project-specific agreements to be concluded later. Municipal engineering design assignments also include, if necessary, the production of municipal technical tendering documents.
