Skien Municipality will construct a foot and cycle bridge over Bryggevannet between Klosterøya and Jernbanebrygga. The project is a part of the Grenland Urban Package.

The foot and cycle bridge will be constructed with reinforced concrete with a leaf of the bridge over the sailing section constructed of a composite material. The bridge will be approx. 170 metres long and will have a width of 5 metres, with multiple protruding niches for the placement of benches.

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to enter into a contract with a contractor to execute the construction of the foot and cycle bridge. The contracting authority estimates the contract period to be 1 year 4 months from the start of construction to completion.
