The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste in the Municipality of Alwernia:

(a)"Collection and management of municipal waste generated on the premises of real estate residing in the municipality of Alwernia"

b) "Collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at 16 I. Krasickiego Street in Alwernia and equipment of the PSZOK point"

c) "Collection and management of municipal waste from KP-7 containers set up in the villages of the Municipality of Alwernia and the city of Alwernia"

The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste arising on the property residing in the Alwernia Community.

The scope of the order also includes:

- delivery of containers and bags for selective collection of municipal waste. The Contractor in the price of the offer is obliged to take into account the cost of equipping the property in multi-scale development with containers for segregation of municipal waste, and single-family properties into bags for segregation of municipal waste and in containers;

- cleaning up an area contaminated with waste dumped from containers, containers, bags and vehicles in the event of contamination during the collection of waste;

- collection of waste lying next to filled containers, containers in multi-scale buildings and bringing to order contiguous areas contaminated due to overflow of waste collection containers.

The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste at I. Krasicki 16 St. in Alwernia and the equipment of the PSZOK point. The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point will be the location for the collection and temporary storage of selectively collected waste, contained in the municipal waste fraction, provided by the owners of the property covered by the municipal waste management system (inhabited properties). Waste collected in the PSZOK will be transferred to the entities entitled to recover or dispose of it, in accordance with the applicable rules in this regard.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste from containers set up in the villages of the Commune and the city of Alwernia: Alwernia 1 pc. and Grojec 1 pc. and delivery of KP-7 containers. Waste collected from the villages and the city of Alwernia will be transferred to entities authorized to recover or dispose of them, in accordance with applicable regulations in this respect.
