The Hyde Group wishes to establish an Asset Management Contract for Gas and Alternative Heating Consultancy Services.
The scope of works is outlined in the tender document. The scope of works may vary and will involve working mainly on residential properties.
THG has a number of properties located across the Group's main geographical areas of operation (mainly London, the South East, the East of England and the East Midlands).
The contract duration is 3 years, plus an option to extend by an additional 12 months, with a contract value estimated to be in the range of approximately 500 000 and 600 000 GBP excluding VAT per annum.
THG are seeking a collaborative approach to the contract which is centred on a partnering ethos. The successful economic operators appointed to the contract will be required to provide a customer focused service and show commitment to providing value for money to Hyde and must be responsive to achieve collaborative working practices, innovation and continuous improvement. The contract will contain provisions covering regular monthly, quarterly and annual performance meetings reviews; early termination; meeting, maintaining and improving on Key Performance Indicators and the development of project by project efficiency savings.
