1. The subject of the contract is the supply of other accommodation equipment, divided into lots II:
• Part I – supply of swivel chairs and office chairs.
• Part II – delivery of office furniture (desks, tables, office cabinets, office shelves, wall hangers).
2. Pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the exercise of the right of option.
3. Place of performance of the subject of the contract:
• Part I: Białystok, Giżycko, Bemowo Piskie.
Part II: Bialystok, Giżycko.
4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered products for the period: minimum 24 – maximum 36 months from the date of delivery;
5. Required deadline for performance of the contract with obtaining material effect: 45 days from the date of signing the contract.
Part I – supply of swivel chairs and office chairs.1. The subject matter of the contract in Part I is the supply of:
1) office chair swivel on a metal base with adjustable lifting - padded WP1-5, in the amount of 62 pcs.;
2) office chair on a metal base - padded WP1-37, in the amount of 60 pcs.;
2. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered products for the period: minimum 24 – maximum 36 months from the date of delivery;
3. Place of the contract: Białystok, Giżycko, Bemowo Piskie.
4. Required deadline for performance of the contract with material effect: 45 days from the date of signing the contract.
Part II – supply of office furniture (desks, tables, office cabinets, office shelves, wall hangers).1. The subject matter of the contract in Part II of the procedure is the supply of office furniture (desks, tables, office cabinets, office shelves, wall hangers):
1) desk WP1-2/3, in the amount of 82 pcs.;
2) computer desk on a metal base WP1-18, in the amount of 5 pcs.;
3) WP1-9 printer cabinet, in the amount of 4 pcs.;
4) wooden office table WP1-23, in the amount of 4 pcs.;
5) wooden office cabinet WP1-27, in the amount of 7 pcs.;
6) furniture chest of drawers WP1-30, in the amount of 4 pcs.;
7) wooden rack WP1-31, in the amount of 19 pcs.;
8) wooden rack (post) WP1-33, in the amount of 15 pcs.;
9) wall multipin hanger WP1-62, in the amount of 27 pcs.;
