Conclusion of a framework agreement for entry into a VMware Enterprise License Agreement

The subject of this tender is the identification of a suitable contractor or contractual partner for the purchase of products from the portfolio of the manufacturer "VMware" as well as the conclusion of a framework agreement on joining the so-called "VMware Enterprise Licence Agreement (ELA)". The framework agreement is to be concluded for a period of three years.

In addition, as part of this procedure, the contractor must designate two employees who meet the following requirements:

- A contact person as a direct contact person for the client,

- A contact person in an advisory capacity who holds a VMware certification (e.g., VMware SalesProfessional or VMware Solution Competency).
