The contract relates to a project author's mission relating to the realization of an architectural project. The aim is the creation of a maximum of social or conventioned assimilated housing.

In terms of housing typologies, priority is given to studios, 1-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom apartments and+ while offering outdoor spaces. The built volume must be harmoniously connected to the direct neighbours and the gauge must take into account the contracting authority's desire to maximise the number of dwellings and avoid, as far as possible, integrating an elevator into the project. In view of the location, the neighboring templates and the feasibility of the premises, the total built area will be around 1100m². The garden area will have to be valued and integrated into the final project. The treatment of the front setback area is also to be taken into account to ensure a good layout of the premises.
