The measure involves the construction of a new student dormitory as a wooden structure.

1. Insulation of drinking water and heating systems with insulating shells made of mineral wool and plastic, some with sheath.

2. Insulation of air ducts with mineral wool and vapor diffusion-proof insulation

3. Structure-borne sound insulation of all types of cables

4. Fire protection work in ceilings and walls

approx. 1,000 m heating pipe up to DN 100

approx. 800 m drinking water pipe up to DN 80

approx. 200 m sewage pipe up to DN 300
