The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for own needs, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, by the Ordering Parties listed in point 3 of the SWZ. The estimated total demand for electricity in the contract period, i.e. from 01.01.2023 to 31.01.2024, is 40 060 658.00 kWh.

Purchase of electricity in the Cxx, Gxx tariff for the years 2023 - 2024 for facilities listed in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
