This tender is to appoint a single Transfer Station Provider whose facility is located within the boundary of Breckland, to provide and maintain a facility capable of receiving, storing, handling and in the case of the MDR bulk hauling it to another local destination for processing. This requirement includes Street Sweepings to be received, stored and loaded onto collection vehicles to be transported for processing.
