The purpose of the tender is to conclude a contract with one supplier for the provision of services which include the sewer repairs SWWB Waterkring de Baronie. the years 2022 -2023.

- Municipality of Breda
- Municipality of Etten-Leur
- Municipality of Rucphen
- Municipality of Zundert
The Municipality of Breda will act as a penkeeper for this tendering procedure.

- Additional work.
Revenue expectations
The fictitious quantities are based on the maintenance orders issued in recent years. The fictitious amounts also contribute to the formation of a balanced fictitious assumption sum. The member municipalities forgive regular maintenance per year in a bundling of partial assignments. The execution of this is done in consultation between the client and the taker.
The client expects a minimum annual turnover (for all participants) amounting to €350,000.
The maximum contract value (for all participants jointly) under this framework agreement is set at €3,500,000, -, as regards the term of the agreement, including renewals.
No rights can be derived from the stated amount. No purchase obligation applies to the client.
Duration:
The contract is valid from 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2023 and the client has the right to extend this agreement twice for one year.
The client will inform the contractor in writing at least 6 months before the end of the fixed term of the contract, whether the client will use the option to extend the contract. Otherwise, the contract will end automatically after reaching the end date. The minimum period of 6 months also applies to the option years.
Participating Municipalities
It should be taken into account that the municipality of Gilze-Rijen can also make use of the agreement concluded in the context of the official merger between the municipalities of Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau and Gilze-Rijen.
After the end of the fixed term of this agreement, municipalities reserve the right to decide individually to make use of the extension option. Where appropriate, the minimum annual turnover is expected to be maintained.
