The district of Recklinghausen intends to award planning services (object planning/structural engineering) for a new district control center in Recklinghausen.

In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, brief information on the project, the key performance points of the tendered service and the handling of the award procedure according to VgV is available for download via the award platform "Vergabemarktplatz NRW - Vergabesatellit Metropole Ruhr" under the project access of this award procedure (cf. section I.3)). The district of Recklinghausen intends to award planning services for a new district control center in Recklinghausen.

Within the framework of the present procedure, the following planning services are to be awarded:

- Property planning services for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI:

--Work phases 1 to 9

- Special services for buildings and interiors:

-- Updating the room program/compilation of room books (LPH 1 and 2 incl. update)

-- In-depth cost estimation (LPH 2)

-- Preparation of comparative cost overviews of other parties involved in the planning (LPH 6)

-- Participation in the examination of supplementary offers justified by the construction industry (LPH 7)

-- Establishing, monitoring and updating payment plans (LPH 8)

-- Occupation as responsible site manager (LPH 8)

- Specialist planning services of structural engineering according to § 51 HOAI:

--Work phases 1 to 6

- Special services of structural engineering:

-- Proof of structural fire protection of components (LPH 4)

Note: The other required specialist planning services (technical equipment, control centre planning) are awarded within the framework of separate award procedures. The awarding of the services to be provided is carried out in stages (stage 1: basic determination and preliminary planning).
