Ringsted Forsyning will expand the district heating supply area in Benløse. In this connection, district heating supply is to be established in the area around Holbækvej, with a supply point on the opposite side of the West motorway, see further in point II.2.4).

The present tender is part of a series of tenders for energy districts in connection with Ringsted District Heating's expansion plans of the district heating supply in Benløse.

Ringsted Forsyning will expand the district heating supply area in Benløse. In this connection, district heating supply will be established in the area around Holbækvej, with a supply point on the opposite side of the West motorway.

The present tender covers Energy District 01 and work mainly concerns the establishment of approx. 2.3 km of main pipelines carried out with single pipes and twin pipes, mainly in series 2 and series 3 in dimensions from ø25 – ø168.3 and 120 to 150 connectors. The contract thus includes earth, construction and forging works as well as pipe delivery. Work should be carried out mainly in residential areas

The tender documents include connectors from consumers who have entered into an agreement with Ringsted District Heating at the time of the tender. Within the schedule, the contractor must be able to withstand the execution of connectors for customers who sign up for district heating supply during the execution of the project. The work is expected to be carried out with more digging fronts for mains and more digging teams for connectors.

Within 48 hours, the contractor must be able to provide an additional digging team, which applies to both main and service lines, if deemed necessary for the progress of the work and compliance with the schedule.

Wires are located on both public and private land. The developer has obtained general permits for the location of the wiring.
