The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate needs consultancy services within fiscal measurements and would therefore like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The contract will be valid for two years, with an option for OD to extend the contract for two years. There can be both national and international assignments for OD. The assignments will, amongst other things, consist of measuring inspection activities, practical and theoretical studies/reviews, development of rules, courses and company visits.
