This contract concerns the maintenance and upkeep of fire safety systems consisting of all fire safety related equipment aimed at securing the sites of the Dreux municipality (detection, compartmentalisation, evacuation of people, smoke extraction, fire extinguishers, RIA, dry columns ...).

This lot concerns the maintenance and upkeep of fire safety systems consisting of all the equipment used to collect all information or orders related to fire safety only, to process them and perform the functions necessary for the implementation security of the sites of the town hall of DREUX:

- detection (manual triggering and automatic triggering of the detectors required for detecting and locating a fireplace),

- subdivision (automatic closing of fire-resistant doors, fire dampers),

- evacuation of people (dissemination of the evacuation signal, management of the exits, emergency lighting),

- Smoke evacuation controlled by the SSI (automatic activation of smoke evacuation openings, hatches and smoke extraction system motors).

The works will be carried out according to the technical specifications of these specifications, those of the manufacturers, and according to the rules of the art. This excludes all replacement work outside the scope of maintenance. This lot is concluded at a fixed price on the basis of the decomposition of the global and fixed price provided by the holder.

Lot # 2 preventive and corrective maintenance of extinguishers, RIA and dry columns - without minimum or maximum amount. The annual amount of benefits, however, is estimated at EUR 30 000 per year. The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the city of Dreux wishes to entrust the execution of the services relating to:

- the annual verification of portable extinguishers, RIAs and dry columns,

- systematic preventive and corrective maintenance of portable extinguishers, RIAs and dry columns,

- the renewal of the material,

- the extension of the park by the purchase of new fire extinguishers and additional equipment.

This lot is concluded at unit prices on the basis of the prices indicated in the BPU.

Preventive and corrective maintenance of smoke extraction installations The purpose of this lot is to define the conditions in which the city of Dreux wishes to entrust the performance of the services relating to the verification and controls of mechanical smoke evacuation equipment, natural and their restoration to standards. This lot is concluded at a fixed price on the basis of the decomposition of the global and fixed price provided by the holder.
