The main mission elements required are as follows:

- preparation of the operational phase: clarification of the land component, drafting of the list of common prescriptions and of the project management consultation framework (EP level) of unbuilt spaces for Beaubreuil and the Val de l'Aurence Sud;

- development of the Beaubreuil guide plan: definition of a new development plan for the Fabre d'Églantine sector;

- monitoring of the operational phase of each district: support for the choice of project managers, verification of the adequacy between programs and projects, in the design and implementation phases;

- assistance to Limoges Métropole in the preparation of regulatory procedure files (impact study, water law file) and development of project communication tools (virtual model);

- participation in the preparation of land transfer.
