The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of: collection and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents of the Łowicz commune reside, supplying containers, containers and bags for selective waste collection, specified in the description of the subject of the contract, referred to in § 5 para. 1, 2 and 3, "SOPZ", for the duration of the contract for real estate where residents reside, collection and management of municipal waste - waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point operated by the Łowicz Commune, collection and transport of municipal waste to the place of their disposal from real estate inhabited by inhabitants of the Łowicz commune and the Municipal Waste Collection Point operated by the Łowicz Commune.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of: collection and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents of the Łowicz commune reside, supplying containers, containers and bags for selective waste collection, as specified in the description of the subject of the contract, referred to in § 5 paragraph. 1, 2 and 3, "SOPZ", for the duration of the contract for real estate where residents reside, collection and management of municipal waste - waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point operated by the Łowicz Commune, collection and transport of municipal waste to the place of their disposal from real estate inhabited by inhabitants of the Łowicz commune and the Municipal Waste Collection Point operated by the Łowicz Commune.

2. The Contractor is responsible for the systematic collection of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste in accordance with the schedule, and for their transport and management in waste treatment installations in order to obtain levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable waste sent for storage in accordance with with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, implementing provisions to the Act and the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune.

3. As part of waste management, the Contractor is obliged to transfer mixed municipal waste and bio-waste collected from property owners directly for processing / storage to the municipal installation.

2017 - 1 388.56 Mg,

2018 - 1 478.18 Mg.
