The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from all residential real estate located in the Nowogród Bobrzański commune in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage. The scope of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste: Mixed, Selectively Collected, including: Paper, Plastic, Glass and multi-material packaging, Biodegradable municipal waste, Metal. Collection of mixed municipal waste in the Nowogród Bobrz commune. it is to take place in a container system (using durable containers supplied by the Contractor), while selective collection in a container-sack system (using durable containers or sacks provided by the Contractor). Biodegradable waste will be collected in containers or sacks.

The establishment and operation of the stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point depends on the Employer's tasks.

The scope of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste:

a) Mixed (code 20 03 01),

b) Selectively collected, including:

- Paper (20 01 01),

- Plastic (20 01 39, 15 01 02),

- Glass (20 01 02.15 01 07) and multi-material packaging (15 01 05),

- Biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01),

- Metal (15 01 04, 20 01 40),

3. The foreseeable amount of municipal waste to be collected within a month, taking into account the number of inhabitants residing in the Nowogród Bobrzański commune and the average amount of municipal waste generated during the week is:

a) Mixed municipal waste - 140 Mg / m

b) Selectively collected municipal waste - 18.48 Mg / m

Collection of mixed municipal waste in the Nowogród Bobrzański Commune is to take place in a container system (using durable containers supplied by the Contractor), while selective collection of glass, plastics, metals, multi-material precipitation, paper in a container-sack system (using durable containers or bags supplied by the Contractor). Biodegradable waste will be collected in containers or bags (delivered by the Contractor) and collected by the Contractor.

Rules for collecting municipal waste:

a) Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - collected in containers should be collected from designated places of their location with the frequency given in the ToR. As part of this operation, the containers should be emptied of waste and placed empty in the place from which they were taken.

b) Selectively collected municipal waste (paper, plastics, metals, glass and multi-material packaging) - individual waste fractions collected in appropriate type containers should be collected from designated places of their location with the frequency given in the ToR. As part of this operation, the containers should be emptied of waste and placed empty in the place from which they were collected as full. In the event that the above fraction is collected in sacks, collect filled bags, leaving new and empty instead. The Ordering Party reserves that the number of bags issued is equal to the number of bags collected from the property.

c) Biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste: this type of waste collected in containers or bags should be collected from designated locations.
