The contracting entity aims to acquire two responsible partners as framework partners for damage restoration services for rental apartments owned by VAV Group (hereinafter referred to as the Client) located in Vantaa. The client keeps the apartments and properties in a healthy and safe condition, but from time to time sudden breakdowns and damage situations occur. There is a need for good partners in the field to provide damage remediation services in a high-quality, smooth and customer-friendly manner.
The Customer requires the Tenderers to carefully read all the appendices to the contract notice and the terms and conditions of the contract. The service is implemented in accordance with the service descriptions and quality requirements of the invitation to tender.
The contracting entity aims to acquire two responsible partners as framework partners for damage restoration services for rental apartments owned by VAV Group (hereinafter referred to as the Client) located in Vantaa. The apartments owned by the client have approximately 19,000 residents. The client owns approximately 11,500 apartments. According to statistics, damage occurs in this mass of real estate several times on an annual basis. The client considers it particularly important that the production of damage restoration services in apartments and common areas of the property is carried out in a high-quality, smooth, customer-friendly and responsible manner.
Damage remediation services include:
• moisture, fire and damage surveys
• JVT work
•Demolition

Work orders may also include supplies and other services related to the performance of work. The conditions for achieving the objectives are described in more detail in the ESPD form of the invitation to tender, in the criteria section of the object of procurement and in the appendices to the contract notice. The procurement decision is based on overall economic advantage, scoring. The Subscriber selects the two Bidders with the highest scores and those who submitted a bid, with whom contracts will be concluded. The aim is to allocate damage restoration orders to the lowest priced Bidder, taking into account the site. Agreements concluded on the basis of competition do not give the Provider exclusive rights to the services defined in the agreements. The contract does not include a quantity purchase obligation. The client does not commit to the estimates of procurement volumes presented in the appendices to the contract notice.
The tenderer shall submit a tender for all the work on the tender forms. If the tenderer has not offered all the work specified in the tender form, the offer will be considered incomplete. An incomplete tender will be rejected. From the tenderer's point of view, it should also be noted that the work and prices offered must include all the criteria defined in this invitation to tender, the draft contract and the service description. The maximum reference points are 1000 points. In terms of price, the offer form is used in the offer calculation.
The Customer requires the Tenderers to carefully read all the appendices to the contract notice and the terms and conditions of the contract. The offer becomes binding on the Providers when the Customer has received the offer. The contract is concluded only after the signing of a written contract. In procurement exceeding the EU threshold, the contract may be concluded no earlier than 14 days after the Tenderer has received or is deemed to have been notified of the decision and its reasons.
The target start time for the contract period is 1.1.2024 and the agreement is valid until further notice with six (6) months' notice. The first possible date of notice for the Client and Supplier is 1.1.2025.
