40a Barry Road is a ground floor flat with a rear extension housing the kitchen and bathroom. The rear extension has suffered for several years with damp ingress and related issues which have never been resolved. Earlier in 2023 a full roof replacement was carried out, but we now require additional external and internal works at ground level to bring the property back to a good condition.
