The execution takes place from LP 5 in 3 construction phases. The execution is to be carried out by a general contractor.

The construction costs (KG 300 + 400) amount to approx. € 70,200,000 gross:

KG 520 (paved areas): approx. € 1,760,000 gross;

KG 530 (building construction in outdoor facilities) approx. € 3,500,000.00 gross.

Construction of the first construction phase is scheduled to begin in 2026.

LP 1-9 as well as special services of service phases 1 and 2 (VA) as well as service phases 9 (VA and IB).

The order is placed in stages.
