By his decree n°70-2022-05-23-00002 of May 23, 2022, the Prefect of Haute-Saône instructs ADEME to make the NOUVION site in Loeuilley (70) safe. In particular, this order prescribes the following operations to be carried out: "... 1. restrict access to the Site; 2. evacuate and dispose of hazardous waste as well as waste presenting a fire hazard present on the site; 3. draining, cleaning, degassing and neutralizing or evacuating the tanks present on the site; ...
