The Central Uusimaa Joint Authority for Health and Social Services (Keusote) (hereinafter referred to as "subscriber" or "contracting entity" or "wellbeing services county") will request your tender for the catering and cleaning of the Keusote (Future Wellbeing Services County) sites listed in the invitation to tender, HUS Laboratories and imaging, as well as the daycare centre sites of the municipality of Pornainen.

Contracting entities involved in joint procurement:

The minimum requirements for the service are set out in the invitation to tender and its appendices.

The subject matter of the procurement includes five (5) sets of issues:

1. Catering services at Keusote locations

2. Cleaning services at Keusote locations

3. Reception of transferable workers (transfer of business)

4. Cleaning services in defined HUS locations

5. Meal and cleaning services in specified Pornainen locations

Destinations: Situation 7/2022, there may be changes in the locations.

2 round-the-clock housing service for the elderly in Tuusula,

1 repatriation and evaluation unit in Tuusula,

1 housing service for people with disabilities Mon-Fri lunches in Tuusula and

1 day activities for people with disabilities in Järvenpää

The procurement is carried out in such a way that one service provider is selected in the competition and each contracting organisation agrees on its own procurement contract with the service provider that won the tendering process. The services will be developed during the contract period in accordance with the contract template attached to the contract notice. It is the will of the contracting entities that the contents and operating methods of the services to be procured be developed purposefully during the contract period in a spirit of good partnership.
