1.The subject of the contract is the execution of an SSP (SAP) installation aimed at the construction of a sorting line for cleaning waste of municipal origin collected selectively together with accompanying infrastructure and land development on part of parcel no 2/3, within Further, Myślibórz municipality.
2.The scope of work necessary for execution is determined by the SSP project (SAP) together with the project documentation consisting of construction projects. The SSP project (SAP), smoke out project and design documentation are annex 1 to this request. 3.In the field of work connection of the plant to the power supply to the electricity supply, connection to the aeration gate modules, connection to the installation of the trigger of smoke flaps.
4.Start installation, tests, final configuration, execution of protocol confirmed trial.
5.Training in Polish of the Contracting Authority personnel in the field of installation handling.
6.Transmission of complete as-built documentation — in the event of non-essential amendments or the introduction of solutions equivalent to the SSP project (SAP) annexed to this inquiry agreed with the PPOŻ Appraiser, including drawings, approvals and other certificates of applied installation elements, instructions for use. Documentation shall be submitted in 2 copies, drawn up in Polish, in paper and electronic form on a durable medium, paper documentation in binders with machine-described ridges with information on the name of the Ordering Party, name of the Tenderer, the name of the task under which was realized delivery, industry.
7.If there are names of a specific manufacturer/product or quality standards in the description of the subject of the contract, contained in the quotation request or the annexes to the quotation inquiry, they should only be treated as an aid in the description of the subject matter of the contract. In any case, solutions equivalent in terms of design, materials, functionality, quality (no worse than those established in the design documentation) are acceptable. If any trademark, patent or origin is indicated in the description of the subject of the contract - it must be assumed that the patents, trademarks, origin specify technical, operational and utility parameters, which means that the Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders in this respect equivalent to technical, operational and utility parameters. The obligation to demonstrate equivalence and arrangements with the fire appraiser shall be with the Contractor. All materials that will be used in the framework of the work must be agreed with the Contracting Authority.
8.The minimum warranty period for the subject of the order is 36 months.
9.The settlement with the Contractor will be made in the form of a lump sum salary.
