This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, entered into in a formalized procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2124-2, Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code of April 1, 2019.

The framework agreement consists of 5 lots, determined by geographical sectors.

Each lot gives rise to the conclusion of a contract. Contracts are awarded on the basis of unit prices, with no minimum amount, with a maximum amount for each lot. Contracts are single-contractor.

This Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period of up to 12 months, renewable (tacitly) 3 times of 12 months:

Initial forecast period: from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024

Renewal period 1: 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025

Renewal period 2: 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026

Renewal period 3: 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027

The total duration of the framework agreement may not exceed 48 months
