The subject of the contract is a service consisting in "the collection of municipal waste from real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Wolin Commune and their transport to the Waste Transfer Station in Świnoujście, operating as part of the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Słajsin for the western region in 2018. 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and transport of mixed, unsorted municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 and collected in a selective manner from the owners of real estate where residents live, residents do not live, and from public areas such as streets and squares.
3. Due to the location of the commune, a significant amount of waste is generated within its territory periodically by tourists staying or temporarily staying in this area. The estimated amount of waste generated by tourists is defined as the mass of waste from uninhabited real estate (waste arising in public places, accommodation, catering, etc.) and from real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes.
4. The Awarding Entity provides below forecast types and amounts of waste for collection and transport during the contract period, i.e. from 1/11/2019 to 31/12/2019.

2) Plastics, metal multi-material packaging - code 150106 - 162 Mg,
3) Glass - code 150107 -130 Mg,
4) Biodegradable waste - code 200201-283 Mg,
5) Paper - code 150101-50 Mg,
6) Bulky waste - code 200307 - 300 Mg
The estimated mass of waste to be collected during the term of the contract is set at 4 005 Mg

The contractor and its subcontractors are obliged to employ persons performing activities directly related to the performance of waste collection services, in particular vehicle drivers and persons servicing vehicles, who will carry out the subject of the contract, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. . 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended). These agreements will be subject to verification in accordance with legal regulations in this respect.
6. The detailed scope of the contract is in the Description of the Object of the Contract (OPZ) - Volume III of the ToR and Volume II - Contractual provisions relevant to the Parties
7. The awarding entity envisages the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law (PPL), will take place within 3 years of the contract conclusion, only in the event of the contractual remuneration of the contractor being exhausted earlier. Award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law, in the event of earlier exhaustion of the contract amount referred to in § 7 para. 1 Contractual provisions relevant to the Parties will consist in repeating the same scope of the contract, using the same amount of equipment as in the contract to which the basic contract relates, up to the value of 30% of the basic contract.
