The IT support will in a simple and clear way handle parts of the business such as administration, purchasing, cost distribution, claims management, workshop bookings, scheduling, mileage logs, booking of vehicle pools, statistics.

This procurement will form the basis of an agreement with one (1) supplier. The agreement will have an initial contract period of four (4) years. Thereafter, the Client has the right, on otherwise unchanged terms, to extend the Agreement for a further four (4) years, with an extension of two (2) years at a time. The maximum contract period is thus eight (8) years.
