This contract must enable the City to respond to a request for site preparation and control of the execution of the work. The selected organization must be able to provide the following services: Control of a work operation: Technical inspection services, Csps, Cssi, Geotechnical studies, Asbestos & Lead diagnosis.The services are divided into 5 lot(s):-Lot no. 1: Technical inspection missions-lot no. 2: Safety and health protection coordination missions-lot no. 3: Fire safety system coordination missions-lot no. 4: Elaboration of geotechnical studies-lot no. 5: Asbestos & Lead & Hap Diagnostic MissionConcerning lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, the framework agreements will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services of lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 are paid for by unit prices. Lot 5 will be subject to fixed prices. The contract may be renewed under the conditions of the specifications
