The Institute of Chemistry, 2nd construction phase, of the Freie Universität Berlin is located in Takustraße in Berlin Dahlem.The existing building from the 70s, including the façade, will be demolished except for the existing shell construction and will be available for teaching and research again after the renovation. Since the renovation takes place during ongoing operation, the measure will be implemented in 2 implementation phases. Preliminary and interim measures and the construction of an interim modular building are necessary for preparation.
