SPK would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer for cleaning of all locations in use by SPK at Verkstedveien 1 in Skøyen, Oslo. The locations total approx. 10,000 m2 and consist of 2 storeys, mainly with office settings and meeting places, as well as a basement floor.

A more detailed description of the premises can be found in Annex 1 Appendix 1 ‘Room list and area, including the material on the floor surfaces’.

The contract includes regular cleaning and ordered services for various cleaning assignments. The contract also includes full-service sanitation and hygiene services.

The contract duration will be 2 years with an option for the SPK to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year. The maximum agreement period is 4 years. 

SPK's contract with the current cleaning supplier runs until and including 13.06.2023. The new supplier will establish the cleaning service and be fully operational from and including 14.06.2023.

The standard contract NS 8431 "General contract provisions for the delivery of permanent cleaning" will be used as a basis, but without the use of INSTA-800 to control the delivered services.
