This framework agreement will cover the supply of ESR compatible fully managed, blended and bureau payroll services. The scope includes software development, software, consultation and advice, BACS service, hosted payroll, helpdesk solutions, HMRC reporting, temporary and permanent employees, security, fully managed services and any other product/service associated with payroll.
The duration of the framework will be 4 years maximum; 3 years initial period, with the option to extend for 1 year.
The scope of this framework agreement includes ESR compatible payroll management services which comprises a variable blend of functions such as joiners, permanent variations, temporary variations, expenses, overpayments, underpayments, leavers, redundancy, sickness or injury, maternity, paternity or adoption, payroll timetable, unpaid leave, absence, jury service, financial references, pensions, injury benefit or death in service, third party deductions, salary sacrifice schemes, weekly or monthly (including payments to bank staff) payroll runs, payroll reconciliation, attachment of earnings deductions (AOE) and service optimisation. The Supplier shall provide a robust reporting mechanism back to the participating authority and to HealthTrust Europe.
