Skedsmo municipality needs a framework agreement that shall cover the continual consumption of grocery products that are not appropriate for a wholesaler. The municipality would, therefore, like to enter into a framework agreement for daily products delivered to the door to all of the municipality's units. This need is currently covered by local grocery shops.

Considerable self-effort will be required from the tenderer in order to get the municipality's consumption from grocery shops over to the framework agreement.
