Gas servicing, safety checks, issue of landlord's gas safety record and responsive repairs in both domestic and a small number of commercial sheltered schemes. To also include the service and testing of CO/smoke alarms. Safety checks and repairs to approximately 300 solid fuel installations along with a small number of properties with renewable technologies (air source heat pumps, solar and PV).

The contract will also include approximately 100 to 150 new heating installations/boiler changes per annum. Following an initial 60 month contract term the contracting authority may extend the contract term for a further 36 months and following that extension, may also extend a further 24 months. The contract will be based on the JCT 2009 MTC. SLH will be expecting the successful service provider to co-locate at SLH offices.
