The purpose of this consultation is to enter into a compulsory collective contract concerning the welfare and health plan for the private law personnel of the CNAS.

It is made up of two lots, namely:

- lot 1: subscription to the collective health insurance contract with compulsory membership for staff governed by private law;

- lot 2: subscription to a provident plan for employees governed by private law.
