Concession of the collection, transport and recovery service of used clothing and other post-consumer textile products (CER codes 20.01.10 and CER 20.01.11) to be carried out in the Municipality of Benevento after affixing special road containers.

The Concessionaire is only entitled to manage and economically exploit the material collected in the municipal territory of Benevento, with the clarification that the risk that Citizens / Users do not confer, for any reason, used clothing and / or other post-consumer textile materials, to the road containers is entirely in the hands of the Concessionaire.

No cost or expense can be charged to ASIA Benevento S.p.A. Therefore, no price, compensation, consideration, contribution, grant, reimbursement of expenses, payment, economic entity and/or prizes.

Upward bid on the tender base for € 40,000 in the four-year duration of the concession.

Asia Benevento Spa intends to enter into a concession contract, for free of charge, with an increase in its favor, with specialized O.E., with proven experience, for the assignment of the collection, transport and recovery service of clothing and other used textile products, in the municipality of Benevento.

As provided for in Article 165 of the Procurement Code, the concession contract involves the transfer to the transferee of the operational risk as defined by art. 3 paragraph 1 letter zz).
