The purpose of this framework agreement is to identify four suppliers (unless there are insufficient bids received) that would be likely to supply heating oil to members participating in this consultation under subsequent procurement. These subsequent contracts will be concluded as and when the needs of the members, after reopening of competition organized in accordance with the provisions of the Special Clauses
