1. The subject of the order is: delivery and assembly of brand new laboratory equipment – for the Department of Veterinary Hygiene in Katowice. 2. The offered laboratory equipment must meet the parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (assortment and price specifications) constituting - Appendices No. 2.1 -2.6. to SWZ. 3. The subject of the order has been divided into 6 Packages, which include: Package 1 – Liquid chromatograph coupled with LC-MS/MS mass spectrometer – 1 set Package 2 – Homogenizer – 1 set Package 3 – Thermoblock – sample evaporation block – 1 set Package 4 – Laboratory centrifuge – 2 sets Package 5 – Shaker with equipment – 3 sets. Package 6 – SPE Solid Phase Extraction Kit – 2 Sets. 4. The delivered device must: 1) be brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery (it is required that it does not have physical and legal defects), it is to be complete, ready for use without additional purchases and investments, 2) be delivered to the Ordering Party together with the instruction manual in Polish in the original factory packaging, the storage of which by the Ordering Party is not required to maintain the guarantee granted, 3) be marked (including the "CE" marking) in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 13 April 2016 on conformity assessment and market surveillance systems (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1854), 5. The Ordering Party requires a manufacturer's warranty for the equipment: not less than 24 months 6. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to have a service in the Polish. 7. Delivery, installation, including, if the device requires it, connection to water and sewage, electrical and ventilation installations, commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of laboratory equipment (for the Package – in which training is required) should take place no longer than by December 22, 2022.

The offered laboratory device must meet the parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (assortment and price specification), constituting - Appendix No. 2.3 to the SWZ.

The offered laboratory device must meet the parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (assortment and price specification), constituting - Appendix No. 2.4 to the SWZ.

The offered laboratory device must meet the parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (assortment and price specification), constituting - Appendix No. 2.5 to the SWZ.

The offered laboratory device must meet the parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (assortment and price specification), constituting - Appendix No. 2.6 to the SWZ.
