The present consultation has been carried out in the form of a participation agreement, not an open call for tenders, pursuant to Decree No. 2011-1474 of 8.11.2011 and its decrees, in particular the decree of 8.11.2011 concerning the criteria for choosing local authorities and public establishments in the case of a participation agreement. The participation agreement is concluded from 1.1.2022, or its date of notification if later, until 31.12.2027 in accordance with Article 19 of Decree No. 2011-1474 of 8.11.2011.
