The subject of the tendering procedure is a public contract in the form of a permanent contract for WAN services. The Order concerns an Agreement with an initial term until 1 December 2029 and the possibility of five times (5x) extension for twelve (12) months. The total, maximum duration will then end on 1 December 2034.

AQUON intends to enter into an agreement with a maximum term of 10 years after commissioning. Based on the historical costs in combination with the information from the market, the estimate of the value of the contract for the entire duration amounts to approximately € 738,500 excluding VAT and including indexations and one-off costs, also taking into account the increase in the purchase of extra bandwidth and the connection of at least one additional building location in the course of 2025.
