1. Reception and transport of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the territory of the Municipal Municipality of Turek and their transport to the municipal installation ZUOK “Orli Pond”, Orli Pond 2, 62-834 Ceków in accordance with the applicable regulations laws.

2. Removal of illegal storage sites of municipal waste up to 10 Mg/year.

3. Organize, maintenance and maintenance of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), and collection of municipal waste accumulated therein.

4. Equipping residential properties located in the Municipality of Turek with containers for collecting mixed municipal waste, ash and segregated and maintaining them in proper technical and sanitary condition.

1. Reception and transport indicated in the description of the object of the order of municipal waste from inhabited property located in the Municipal Municipality of Turek and their transport to the municipal installation ZUOK “Orli Pond”, Orli Pond 2, 62-834 Ceków in accordance with the applicable regulations laws.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes services consisting in:

1) collection and transport of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Municipality of Turek, with the proviso that the Contractor will collect any amount of municipal waste issued, regardless of weather conditions,

2) removal of illegal places of municipal waste storage in the amount of up to 10Mg / year,

3) organizing and ensuring the functioning of a municipal selective collection point for municipal waste accepting separately collected waste from real estate located in the Municipality of Turek free of charge,

4) equipping residential properties located in the Municipality of Turek with containers for collecting mixed municipal waste, ash and segregated waste and maintaining them in proper technical and sanitary condition,

5) equipping residential real estate with bags and containers intended for separate collection and collection of waste. The purpose, type, size, colour, bags and containers shall be determined by the SWZ,

6) preparing and submitting written reports on the implementation of the service and other necessary documents needed to prepare analyses of the state of municipal waste management.

3. Acceptance as part of the performance of the service will be covered by:

1) municipal waste collected and collected in a non-selective (mixed) manner — other non-segregated waste;

2. municipal waste collected and collected “at source” in a selective (segregated) manner including packaging waste broken down into the following fractions:

a. Paper, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and paperboard packaging waste,

b. Metals, including packaging waste from metals,

c. Plastics including plastic packaging waste,

d. Glass, including packaging waste from glass,

e. Multi-aerial packaging waste,

f. Biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste, including green waste,

g. Hazardous waste

h. Extuse medications

i. Chemicals

j. Waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes

k. Consumed batteries and batteries,

l. Waste electrical and electronic equipment

m. Furniture and other large-sized waste,

n. Worn tyres,

o. Construction and demolition waste, constituting municipal waste,

p. Waste of textiles and clothing,

q. Ash waste from solid-fuel heated buildings comprising waste resulting from the burning of coal and wood in the hearth of individual households on inhabited property.

The Contractor bears the total costs related to the collection, transport of waste, the costs of running the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and the remaining costs of the contract.

The subject of the contract covers only municipal waste, while it does not include waste generated and resulting from business activities.
